What NOT to do during election day
Here are the things that you should remember on election day:
- Do not buy or sell intoxicating liquor
- Do not vote as a substitute of another
- Do not prepare the ballot of a person who is able to do it himself
- Do not use a ballot that has not been given by the board of election inspectors
- Do not use more than two official ballots
- Do not compel a person to reveal how he voted
- Do not reveal the contents of the ballot of an illiterate or disabled voter even if you have assisted him in preparing his ballot
- Do not remove or destroy any certified list of candidates posted inside the voting booths during the hours of voting
- Do not blur your your fingerprint in the voting record
