Pulse Asia’s November 2006 Ulat ng Bayan Survey reveals the most likely winners to the 2007 Philippine senatorial race. The survey conducted from October 21- November 8 last year revealed that Loren Legarda, who lost the Vice President seat to Noli de Castro during the 2003 election, tops the list of Filipino senatorial bets.

Other senatorial preferences in order of the Ulat ng Bayan Servey results are:

(3) Senator Francis N. Pangilinan

(4) Senator Manuel B. Villar, Jr.

(5) Taguig-Pateros Representative Alan Peter S. Cayetano

(6) former Senator Vicente C. Sotto III

(7) Senator Ralph G. Recto

(8) Ms. Korina Sanchez

(9) Atty. Aquilino Pimentel III

(10) former Senator Gregorio B. Honasan

(11) San Juan Mayor JV Ejercito-Estrada and

(12) Senator Edgardo J. Angara

Others who have good chances of making it to the top 12 include:
