Daniel Magtira claims that his candidacy was endorsed by Ilocos Norte Congresswoman Imee Marcos and TV host Boy Abunda. He also claims to be an “automotive electronic Pinoy rock singer composer” and that his wife is Kris Aquino.
Arturo Atienza claims God told him that he would win in the May election and that he filed his candidacy because God told him that he should run for the senate. Atienza claims to be a businessman.
Julieto Esmeralda Sr. claims to be a pastor and a businessman who wanted to be known as “Mr. Deal” because he wants people to know that the answer to everything is always a ‘deal’.
Buenafe Briggs, or Brigido Asuncion Buenafe aka “Mr. RP-statehood-USA” wanted the Philippines to become part of the United states.
Rommel Pinera claims to be a “small businessman” whose platform of government will advocate for “moral and global democracy”.
These senators wannabe, however, are not yet assured of being able to run in the coming May election. Candidates may be declared nuisance if their candidacy can put the election process in mockery or cause confusion among the voters . sources: abscbn news gmanews.tv

I am sorry for this late reply but if your teacher is asking you to research about senatorial candidates, she is most likely requesting you to look for winnable candidates or at least those who have good platforms. I dont think the candidates in this list have been included in the final list of qualified senatoriables.
