Independent candidate Franciso Pangilinan leads the survey conducted by the Social Weather Station (SWS) from February 24-27, 2007.
The SWS survey, which used the names of the 80 candidates who filed their certificates of candidacy also resulted in nine (9) of the opposition bets landing in the top 12.
