Davao City– Hugpong sa Tawhanong Lungsod, the local political party of incumbent Mayor Rodrigo Duterte already declared its line up for the May 14 elections. Hugpong is led by Duterte who is running for mayor and his daughter Sara who runs as vice mayor.
