Yes, if you are a registered voter in the National Capital Region a certain comelecncr website published your name. Lucky you if you were registered outside of NCR. I went to check the website to see if some old classmates are voting (see? anybody can abuse the names on the site) but the list has finally been removed. Other bloggers, however, had the not- so- funny experience of seeing their names and home addresses on the site. Check out these blogs for details:

What about the voters?
Exposing the names and details of registered voters on the net put voters at risk of scammers. Remember that some personal information can unlock special codes and access such as when you lose your yahoo mail password. It’s actually been there for the longest time. I remember seeing those lists two years ago. Thank God I am now voting in my home province!
i think it is better to publish the list of the voters in public so we could avoid flying voters. we could trace there who are double registrants. I think it is not considered as abusement of its own privacy.
