12th senator already proclaimed
May 14. The long wait is over. The Comelec finally proclaimed the 12th senatorial winner.
Juan Miguel Zubiri is proclaimed as the 12th winning senator.
Zubiri won over Koko Pimentel with a margin of 18,000 votes. the proclamation was held a day after the Supreme court denied Pimentel’s petition for a Temporary Restraining Order.
